Delivering to the World!

Caroline began presenting training programs internationally at the remarkable age of 14—bringing over 40 years of experience to her work today. She is proud to offer the entire Resilience Suite not only across NSW, but globally.

Having lived and worked in six countries and holding four passports, Caroline brings a uniquely broad and culturally informed perspective. She has worked with people from all walks of life in Australia and overseas, across a wide range of roles—including EMS—and with clients experiencing mental and/or physical health challenges. Caroline has supported individuals across the lifespan, from young children to seniors, and her Working With Children Check is current.

This depth of real-world experience, combined with her degree in Social Anthropology, has made Caroline highly sought-after as both a facilitator and a keynote speaker at conferences.

Caroline has been delivering Mental Health First Aid (Australia) courses for over 10 years, has trained thousands of participants, and is a Principal Master Instructor. She is deeply committed to breaking down stigma and discrimination, and also delivers the one-day Accidental Counsellor course—equipping participants with practical skills to support someone who is struggling, facing relationship challenges, or finding life difficult. This course strongly complements resilience training.
