Caroline first started presenting a variety of different types of training programs internationally at the tender age of 14 - that is over 40 years of experience! She is proud to be able to offer the Resilience programs.
Caroline has had the honour to have lived and worked in six different countries! Therefore, she is in a somewhat unique position as she has an extensive range of experiences working with people from all walks of life both in Australia and overseas. Caroline has had many roles including EMS and working with clients who have mental health &/or physical health issues. She has also worked with a wide age range from very young children to seniors. (Her Working With Children and Police check is current). This wealth of experience combined with a degree in Social Anthropology, has meant that Caroline is in high demand not only to deliver courses, but is often a key note speaker at a number of conferences.
Caroline has delivered the Mental Health First Aid (Aus) courses to over 2,000 participants and is a Principal Master Instructor. She is also passionate about Suicide education, prevention & intervention and delivers CALM and CALM CARE courses, plus the 1 - day Accidental Counsellor course which arms participants with more practical skills to talk to someone going through a difficult time, having relationship issues or generally not coping with life. These fit perfectly with the Resilience courses.
In addition, Caroline also holds Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment including LLN, as well as CHCDFV001 - Recognise and respond appropriately to domestic and family violence. Caroline delivers face to face and online across Australia including overseas Territories as well as Internationally.
