Instructor Bio
I am a father of three girls and two french bulldogs. I hold CPT, HMS and CReC certifications. I specialize in working with athletes, CEOs and high performing sales teams. The competitive environment presented to athletes is no different than the environment presented to other professionals. My goal is to build sustainable habits that elevate your performance before, during and after challenging events. We are only as competitive as our habits have allowed. I believe we fall back to the weakest portion of ourselves when presented with a challenge.
Because of this, our team at Odyssey Resilience focuses on building your emotional, physical and mental ability to a standard that prepares you for anything life throws at you. We will never know everything that will happen, but if we train our body to be the observer of our thoughts and emotions, not the feeler of, we can make logical, tactical decisions through any challenge.
