Instructor Bio
Kylee Stone is the Presenter of the Emerging Leaders Program and Founder of The Performance Code, a training and development company specialising in leadership transformation, resilience and wellbeing.
A descendent of the stolen generation of the Wakka Wakka and Kulluli First Nations people with over 30 years in the business of storytelling and a decade of executive level leadership experience with News Corp Australia, Kylee has a deep passion for connecting people with purpose and embracing Indigenous Wisdom to unlock the potential of emerging leaders in business, leadership and life.
Kylee is an award winning leader recognised in 2018 as one of NAIDOC's 'Because of Her We Can' leaders for her work with advancing women in leadership; and in 2022 was the presenter of a global wellbeing program for Qantas and LinkedIn Top 20 Voices on Resilience.
She is the host of The Emerging Leaders podcast and with lived-experience of intergenerational and childhood trauma is an ambassador for the Women's Resilience Centre.
