Rachel is the founder of Accelerate Talent Management, an executive coaching, leadership development, and team effectiveness consulting firm. She has 35 years of experience in a variety of industries and brings a deep background in business to her practice. Her focus is on setting and achieving goals and ensuring that progress is both seen and able to be measured. Her clients are appreciative of this data-driven approach and experience real change in their relationships, communication with others, and business results.

Prior experience: Before starting Accelerate Talent Management, Rachel worked in a variety of Coaching roles at companies including MTV Networks, Ketchum PR, Ross Stores and Deloitte. In addition, she has built out Executive Coaching programs, including creating the handbook, sourcing the coaches, and facilitating quarterly best-practice meetings to build coaches’ skill and understanding of the business.
