Tyler Anderson, AqP,  CEAP, CCISM, CCI, CTSS, CReC President of the International Lifeguard Critical Incident Response Alliance, has served on and led multiple Critical Incident Response Teams over the last 20 years. He currently serves on the American Airlines CIRT, managing trauma interventions for crewmembers; he also serves as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Anderson has over 25 years of experience in the aquatics, corporate emergency management and business continuity planning industries.He is credentialed in Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM) from University of Maryland, Baltimore and is an Instructor with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.    He has a passion for working with individuals and corporations to build resiliency and help people prepare for challenging days.
